COMMUNITY CONNECT CENTER

Project Success Coalition in Partnership with Calvary Baptist Church is pleased to announce our Community Connect Center. The C3 Center will provide a Community Health Worker-CHW or other trusted community member, to help individuals fill out the Emergency Rental Assistance Program {ERAP) application and connect you to these and other resources and information. Currently, resources through the COVID Response efforts are available to assist with rent, utilities, and internet, for eligible applicants. Other organizations are providing food and other resources. In-person help will be available by appointment on Tuesday & Friday from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM. RENT RELIEF

Project Success Coalition has partnered with Salt Lake County to provide outreach, education, and assistance to those in need of rental and/or utility assistance. The Emergency Rental Assistance Program, ERAP, is here for you! Details are on the flyer or visit their website at rentrelief.utah.gov.
