- Death of a Dear Disciple (Acts 9: 36-38)
- Tabitha was a disciples at Joppa.
- She was full of good works and deeds.
- She took sick and died
- Her prepared body was laid out.
- Other disciples heard about it and sent two men to Peter to come without delay.
- Prayer Changes Things (Acts 9: 39-40)
- Peter went to Lydda’s upper room where the widows cried.
- They shared what Dorcas had made.
- Peter put everybody out and revived Tabitha.
- Proof of God’s Power (Acts 9: 41-43)
- Peter lifted Tabitha up and presented her to the people.
- Word spread about this miracle and many believed.
- Peter stayed there many days at Simon’s the Tanner’s house.

FRUIT FROM THE CROP
Believers can be great blessings to their communities by sharing Christ.
We need to be people of faith with a testimony.
Even those who are disciples and believers die.
Active faith leaves a lasting impression.
Those seeking peace and comfort are attracted to active faith.
God works through those who submit and are available to be used in faith.
We must always rely on the power of God to do spiritual work.
God still uses those who believe He bring life in the midst of death.
God works through human instruments.
God’s people are called to make His truth known to all who will hear.
Jesus is the resurrection and the life.
Death has no control on those who believe in the saving work of the cross by Jesus.
Faithful and humble servants will be used by God greatly.
Submit to God and He will use you in His service to others.
